Purpose: Metal contamination in water is a worldwide persistent problem. We developed a nano-adsorbent, TEPA-MIL-101(Cr) that exhibits effective removal of heavy metals from real water samples. Methods: MIL-101(Cr) was synthesized under solvo-thermal condition.
